Maila and Visay’s wedding was filled with friends, family and well a few dogs too. I loved it! They rented a house on Lake Oconee for all their friends and family to stay. On their big day, Maila and Visay had fun jumping into a canoe for some adventure, roasting s’mores with their friends, and cuddling with their dogs after the reception. It was perfect and completely them. I have to say my favorite moment was when the neighbors dog decided to sit right next to the bride and groom before their send off. He knew that was the perfect place to sit. 😛

The Big Fake Wedding is an event for newly engaged couples to gather inspiration for planning their own wedding and well it’s just a bunch of fun. There are so many amazing vendors who put this event together, and I am so happy I was able to be one of the photographers to capture it! Our theme for this wedding at Three Taverns Brewery was Parisian Twilight, and I think everyone did a fantastic job making this event look so magical. So here are some highlights that I captured of the Big Fake Wedding Atlanta.  If you are interested in attending one of the future events head on over to the BFW website! They are having another one in Atlanta in August!

Abigail and Austin had their engagement shoot at Lullwater Park near Emory University. They love to hike, camp, and explore the outdoors so what better place to have their engagement shoot than their favorite park! I had so much fun exploring this park with them, and more than that I adored getting to capture their adventurous side. They climbed a fallen tree over the creek! I loved it! I can’t wait for their wedding in September!
